10 Highest Run-Scorers in IPL

There have been several batters who have been consistent run scorers, throughout the 17 seasons of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Some batters have ruled over the last few years with their bat and are among all-time highest run-scorers in the IPL. 

If we talk about the highest run scorers in the IPL, there are several players who have made significant impact in just a few seasons that they played. However, there are also some players who are playing in the IPL from its initial years and have made or broken multiple records with their bat. Here’s the list of top 10 most run scorers in the IPL.

Playing for different franchises including Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Lions, Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Karthik has amassed 4842 runs in 257 matches with 22 half-centuries from 2008 to 2024.

Another veteran Indian wicketkeeper who is known for tying his name with multiple franchises throughout his IPL career, Robin Uthappa is the ninth highest run-scorer in IPL. During his IPL career which spanned between 2008 and 2022, Uthappa amassed 4952 runs from 205 matches with 27 fifties.

The right-hander has amassed 8004 runs from 252 matches with eight centuries and 55 half-centuries from 2008 to 2024.
