Konark Suryas are the newly introduced team in the Legends League Cricket (LLC) ahead of the 2024 season of the tournament, which will commence on September 20. The Odisha-based team have replaced Bhilwara Kings in the upcoming season of the LLC, who finished in sixth and bottom place last year before leaving the competition altogether.
Prior to the third season of the LLC this year, Konark Suryas got the opportunity to retain players from the now defunct Bhilwara Kings, which led to them picking Irfan Pathan and Yusuf Pathan in their squad. Konark Suryas have appointed Irfan Pathan as the captain of their lineup, and they will spend a maximum of ₹8 Crore to sign the remaining players at the LLC 2024 Auction.
