The Uttarakhand Premier League (UPL) 2024 is set to kick off with the final fixtures announced on Tuesday, September 3, promising a thrilling season of cricket in the Doon Valley. The inaugural edition of the UPL will see top domestic and IPL talents competing from September 15 to September 22 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Dehradun.
Fans across the state and beyond can look forward to a week of high-octane cricket action, with five men’s teams battling it out for the title. The tournament opens with an exciting double-header on September 15, followed by a week of intense competition, culminating in the grand final on September 22.
The tournament will kick off with an opening concert followed by the inaugural match between the men’s teams of Dehradun Warriors and Haridwar Spring Elmas on September 15. Moreover, the tournament will see double-headers majorly across all eight days at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium with the final scheduled to be played on September 22.
