What is the BGMS Season 3 Impact Player Rule? Check Explanation

After Powerplay, Nodwin Gaming has added one more cricket rule, “Impact Player,” in BGMS Season 3. One player from each team designated as the Impact Player will earn double points for each finish. The rule aims to enhance action in BGMS Season 3 to make battlegrounds more exciting.

BGMS Season 3 Impact Player Rule Explained

The Impact Player rule is only active on weekend matches during League Week. The IGLs of each team will randomly draw an impact player from their team. That player will get two points for each finish.

Many people might be familiar with the term “Impact Player,” introduced in the last two editions of the IPL, which allows teams to play more fearlessly. Nodwin Gaming also keeps introducing various rules of cricket, like Powerplay or Impact Player in BGMS, to add more thrill to matches.

How Teams Can Maximize Their Points Using Impact Player Rule

With the Impact Player Rule, BGMS Season 3 also has a powerplay and bounty system. If you are not aware of the Powerplay and Bounty System, check it out below:

The Powerplay rule is only active during the first zone of the match, where players will get two points for each finish.

The Bounty System is active during League Week. Based on the overall standings of the League Week 1st match, the top four teams will carry a bounty of 10 points. The bounty team will change after each subsequent match.

If any team eliminates all players from the bounty squad, they will receive 10 bounty points, but if even one player survives, the team will not get the points.

Now if the Impact Player finishes one player during Powerplay, he will get 4 instant points (2 Impact Player + 2 Powerplay). Adding more thrill, if the Impact Player eliminates all four players of the bounty team during Powerplay, he will get 26 points (8 Impact Player points + 8 Powerplay points + 10 Bounty points) in the first zone alone.

Nodwin Gaming always adds some extra thrill to their events. These rules are amazing, but at the same time, it will also be important to see how Nodwin will handle this complex point system.
