One of the most eagerly awaited esports events in Call of Duty Mobile, the CODM Summer Invitational 2024, kicked off on August 30 with its first stage, Wild In. Two teams have qualified for the Group Stage, joining eight other top teams. The Group Stage will feature 10 of the best teams from around the world as it is set to commence from September 5th. The grand finals are set to be played on September 22, 2024, in China, with a total prize pool of $68,779.
CODM Summer Invitational 2024 Schedule and Groups
Group Stage: In this stage, the competition consists of two groups of five teams each. The format is a single round-robin, with all three maps played in each series. The top four teams from each group advance to the knockout stage. The top two teams from each group move to the upper bracket, while the third and fourth place teams proceed to the lower bracket.
Playoffs: The playoffs feature a double-elimination bracket. All matches are best-of-seven (Bo7), except for the first-round matches in the upper and lower brackets, which are best-of-five (Bo5). The top eight teams will compete offline in China, with the exact location to be announced.
Starting from September 5, the Group Stage will feature 10 teams divided into two groups of five teams each.
